Theo Ratliff got a third opinion on his mysteriously ailing knee on Wednesday, and was recommended a treatment and practice regiment to tighten the ligaments in his knee. Ratliff said he is hopeful that he won't need exploratory arthroscopic surgery to determine the injury and fix the knee.
