Golden State has one of the best Home Court Advantages in the league. Oh, and they are a pretty good team too.

PREDICTION:

Wolves 90 - Warriors 112
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

Only a 22-point loss? I'd add 10 more points to that deficit....

I'm betting on a 7 day incubation period on the flu the wolves have been battling. As a result of last weeks game the Warriors collective body temp is about the same as their PPG average.

102 - Wolves
98 - Warriors

AAHHHH Crap. I just gave up the sports package with NBA TV. GS is on the short list of non-Wolves teams I really like to watch. I'm guessing that west coast start time doesn't do much for the local ratings.

Good point. They will all be sick. I've always wanted to see Baron Davis puke. We can beat good teams. Tonight will be one of those nights.

Wolves - 112
Warriors - 104

Looks like the Wolves made a big fourth quarter comeback. That's promising at least:

Did anyone on here actually get to watch the game?? I would like to hear some thoughts if anyone did, so I can get a better idea of what happened rather than just looking at the box score & reading the local scribes...

This one's for mwithers:

I watched the game. The Timberwolves had a grinding comeback. Very admirable. They drove to the basket all night long as you can see from their free throws. Great heart and guts displayed by everyone. Lots of turnovers due to inexperience but no backing down. It's the way we need to continue to play. Balls to the wall, mistakes and all. At no time did the T wolves stand around and look confused. Our early deficit was due to crazy shot percentage by GS.

When the game was on the line we gave the ball to Big Al inside. He traveled twice and was fouled once and missed both free throws. Thats the difference between a superstar and an extreemly good 22 year old.

We are only 4 wins behind 4 other teams in the cellar. Easily some of the games we have played could have been wins. We do not suck. I don't care what anyone says. I guarantee by years end we will be stiking fear into the hearts of all teams. We have played toe to toe with the best. I will take this team over most of the T Wolves of the past. Our goal this year was NOT to stay out of last place but to build for the future. I like the trade, I like the plan, I like the results. We will win more.
