darko and pek......awesomeness!!! pek is really looking like an nba player. he even got a few really bad calls against him, and still dominated! darko played awesome defense, very impressive. man if only those two could play even close to that every night we would be SOOOO much stronger.

if ricky could finish at the rim instead of getting blocked (a lot) he would score 5-10 more pts a game! oh well, he is learning the nba game, it will come.

ricky's defense is awesome, he creates so many problems for the other team.

anyone else pleased with the way ellington is playing?? i really didnt think i would talk about the guy like that, but he is a solid backup all of a sudden.

wes johnson is prob the worst player on our roster.....try to name one worse? you cant....

A fun, tents game. Then the black ref, because he is black, came on board and blew the whole thing open.

When is Pek going to marry a Kardashian? What a beast!

Wayne is really coming into his own. Not only his shooting, but his general overall good play/decision-making.

Props to those of you who thought the Wolves were going to win.

It's getting more and more difficult to default to cynicism with this team. What a win on a night I was convinced we were going to get hammered.

Why the hatred for Wes? He played sick and did alright. No need to hate on him for that. Obviously his season has been poor so far, but with the exception of last night, he's been playing more like a real basketball player lately, from what I've seen. He remembered that panic jumpshots are not the only option when receiving the ball on the perimeter.

I didn't watch last night but I'm not putting a ton of stock into last night's performance, which, given 17 minutes, I would take. If you double his minutes and he kept playing like that, he would have given 10 points, 8 rebs, 2 blocks and 4 steals. That's a solid game for a roleplayer. We know he's not Kobe. We should all be over it and hoping he continues to play alright, whether for the sake of long term contribution or for the sake of trade value.

I know T-Wolves history has been awful to say the least, but as WW noted we should be getting past the cynicism at this point. We need to add a couple pieces, no doubt- but no use bitching about the pieces we have. "They are who we thought they were."

This team has been fun to watch. Great ball movement, more high % shots being taken, much improved team defense. My fear is Beasley not adjusting to this improved play when he returns. There was a turning point for Carmelo Anthony under George Karl where he weas transformed into a more efficient offensive machine. I hope Adelman can maximize Beasley's efficiency the way Karl did Melo's.

I meant to come on here and give credit where it appears to be due. His confidence is miles higher than it's been. He has appeared to add value at times during the games. Most importantly his shot, at least over the past handful of games, has finally looked better than DFS's flat, no rotation jump shot.

He played a lot worse than his stats show. I'm just happy he's not starting anymore, it's a lot easier to deal with having to watch Wes when it's only backup minutes against other backups.

His stats don't exactly scream great role player. But he actually made probably 6 or 7 basketball moves over the past several games. I actually attribute this to poor scouting. Players were dashing out at him like his mid-range jumper was going to go in.

I would be surprised if Wes isn't back in the starting lineup Friday. D Will only started because Wes was sick.

What's going to be weird is what is going to happen with Beasley when he comes back (has to be soon), and for that matter what will happen to the guard rotation when Webster and Barea get back?

Ellington has earned a spot in the rotation in the short term.

No, it won't be weird, it will be this:

Derrick Williams - DNPCD
Wesley Johnson - DNPCD

I'd make Beasley come off the bench until he proves he can play consistently within Adelman's system.

Not to nitpick..but I think D Will will still get minutes. No more than 20 (fail) as he is now, but he'll play. AR will get the CD's

It will be this:

PG: Rubio
SG: Webster (until his back gives out :S )
SF: Beasley
PF: Love
C: Darko

The guys most affected will be Barea & Ridnour. There's going to be a shortage of minutes at guard because at this point Ellington has cemented himself a spot in the rotation.

Wes DNP-CD
Randolph DNP-CD

But of course this is assuming everyone is healthy which is a big IF

I wish it would be this:

PG: Rubio
SG: Beasley
SF: Tolliver
PF: Love
C: Randolph

Good luck guarding that team.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."
