That's quite the deductive observation, Sherlock.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

The one thing I can't stand about Wes is when he is playing like shit, which is quite often, he does it all with a smile

I have been one of Wes's greatest defenders on this site. And I am one of the least prone to ripping people.

But at this point Wes's area of strength is his ass, on the bench. If he had been put in a situation where he had time to watch and think and connect to the game and adjust & prepare mentally for the speed, he would be much better off. He just wasn't ready for NBA speed and now he is shell shocked. He needs time away from the pressure. D-League city.

Ridnour as a shooting guard needs to do something to get himself open instead of relying on Ricky to do his work for him. I like his fight though.

Mostly though, you need to read some basketball books and watch about 20 years worth of college and high school basketball so you understand fundamental principles instead of not understanding anything but your Pacific Northwest homerisms. I used to live up there, I know how it is. You probably thought Nate Robinson was a lock for NCAA POY or that Errol Knight was the jeet. Anyway, spouting off about one of the most unselfish players in the game being "like a high maintenance old woman" is bad form. Here's a list of books I am assigning you before you are allowed to criticize Rubio again. There will be a test, so pay attention:

Coaching Basketball Successfully - by Morgan Wootten
Wooden: a lifetime of observations and reflections on and off the court - by John R. Wooden
Wooden on Leadership - by John R. Wooden
Stuff Good Players Should Know: Intelligent Basketball from A to Z - by Dick DeVenzio
Runnin' the Show: Basketball Leadership for Coaches and Players - by Dick DeVenzio
Great Moments in Basketball History - by Matt Christopher
Coaching basketball - by Jerry Krause

That's a good start. Read those, then come back and we can discuss the game.

P.S. Matt Christopher was one of the greatest and most under appreciated authors of all time. That guy made me get psyched up about swimming stories even though I always sank like a stone and never swam competitively. Great sports author.

Wolfstein....first of all Ridnour isn't a SG, he's a PG that has both a mid and long range game. So rather then recommend I read books why don't you tell all of us what Ridnour should be doing since you obviously have read all about the game but probably hardly ever played.

"The key result from the renewed emphasis on ballhandling was the Wolves committing only two turnovers in the fourth quarter"

"Everybody was more careful with the ball," Wolves guard J.J. Barea said. "We made the simple pass and did a good job of moving the ball from side to side. It made our passing much easier."

Rubio went out of the game in the 3rd qtr and the team thrived off exactly what I've been referring to, great side to side movement. It wasn't happening with Rubio, and a major reason why Ridnour was not a factor with Rubio in the game.

""I liked the way those five guys were playing," Adelman said. "That's going to show everybody that's how we have to play. Our pick-and-rolls have been good, but we have to do something else in the flow of the game, where everybody touches the ball."

So Wolfstein, please read some more books and teach me what I am missing!! I know exactly what I've been talking about.

Didn't he say SNP banned him? I'll go ask SNP what he did.
