Yep he can't be worse than Wes that's for sure. He showed good quickness and driving ability in that preseason game against the Bucks. Ridnour, Barea, and Webster all stink lately as well.

oh goody. More sporadic changes to the lineup so absolutely no continuity and chemistry is built between anyone on the team. Sweet. He'll get 5 minutes the first game, 20 the next, and then a DNP.

And he's supposedly a solid defender, which is more than we can say about half our team...
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

I don't know about that. Adelman was always talking him up before the season started. He has coach's pet potential. That's the only reason I can think of for why Wes still plays relatively consistent minutes every game.

He could always be Jeremy Lin

Nah but really how bad could he be? And with all the talk in the preseason, he could easily replace Luke in the starting lineup giving us a lot of flexibility in that regards (and hopefully rest ricky a little or swinging a real SG or even SF in a trade).

Sadly Wes is still the starting SF because Beasley's a better 6th man. Idk our starters are pretty fluid while the bench has ball stoppers everywhere namely barea and beasley.

we need to trade beasley, d-will and wes for a SG and/or SF. i hope lee fills in the SG position a bit, and we can focus on getting a STUD at SF

Anyone we've lined up at the 2 this year from Wes, Barea, Ridnour, Webster have sucked ass...We might as well give the kid a shot considering the coaching staff was talking a him up in the preseason..Anything is better than right now

Ehh, basketball isn't as easy as getting out on the floor for 20 minutes and immediately playing to your potential. The only wings who have been given a fair chance to succeed are Wes and Ridnour. Webster is yanked around every game so he'll never get in rhythm or develop chemistry. Surely he's the 40+% 3pt shooter and low double digit scorer he once was. Why not play him consistently so he can contribute consistently? I know he's not a difference maker but he's a fine player if healthy and given the chance.

Webster has just looks reluctant on offense and surprisingly even worse on defense which i thought was his strength

How has Webster been yanked around? He's just coming back from injury and already got a chance to be in the starting lineup last game.

His lack of minutes is most likely due to the fact that he has been really bad so far.

I'm anxious to see Lee play as well, but is there some unwritten rule that everyone on the roster must play? Remember that whole "Law of Too Many Guys" "8 1/2 Guys" deal. Obviously I'm going to give Adelman the benefit of the doubt here, but the Wolves need to figure out who their main guys are and let them play. The remainder of the roster should be primarily for injury replacement & garbage time.

As for Webster, I agree that he needs to be given a chance. The guy can play when he is healthy, in shape, and in the flow. Johnson's ass should be at the end of the bench at this point...

It does seem like Adelman is getting better at keeping minutes consistent. He isn't playing AR/DWill in spurts, AR is out of the rotation, etc. It's simply that no player on the roster can hit an open jump shot to save their lives. The Wes experiment simply cannot go on.

The Wolves' situation loosely reminds me of a team I played on in a Bloomington house league like 10 years ago. We had, I think, a 9-10 man team and we had 3 REALLY bad players (let's call them Wes, Darko, and WayneDarkoMartellNour (he was European))....but they ALL got hurt miraculously or had to miss long stretches. As a result, the 5-6 good/better players all played basically the entire game and we dominated the league during the season. I don't think we lost more than 1 or 2 games (I was the leading scorer muthaf*ckas!).

Then those 3 lumbering clowns came back for the playoffs and we were eliminated immediately because they had to play at least 2 quarters per league rules.

I just assumed you were one of the 3 who was hurt. You really buried the lead on that one.
