No lie. I'm saying Love is on or approaching that level at his position, but acknowledging that the odds of that being recognized, especially vs. a more marketable guy like LeBron or Durant is unlikely. But I think it is the point in the season where it's appropriate (and not even over-homerish) to start discussing whether he is deserving, even though smart money would never bet on him getting the award. There's an argument to be made in his favor as 1st team All NBA and one of a handful in the MVP discussion, is all I'm saying.

Yes and all I'm saying is that Love hasn't done enough to pass those guys. They have playoff wins under their belts and have their respective teams set to be #1 seeds. Love needs to get the Wolves to the playoffs to be truly in the discussion.
There certainly isn't anything inherently more marketable about Durant than Love.
