The TimberTrolls. I'm shocked we haven't discussed them here or posted their fine work.

They are a fan club from Spain who makes at least 2-3 hilarious pictures per day and an occasional .gif. The above is a compilation of their .gifs over the past few months. They love Tolliver, hence the constant appearances.

They have been featured in the City Pages.
