Rubio turns this team from a very mediocre team to a very good team. Nobody is allowed to criticize him on this forum again, ever, for anything. I don't care if he shoots 0 for 783 next year from the field. No complaining.

P.S. Didn't watch the game. Did anything good happen at all?

If you count 2003 Tim Duncan showing up for 24 minutes and destroying Love, then yes.

1 thing. Malcom Lee flip a behind that back pass to Tollilver for a dunk with about 1min or so left in the game. Very Rubio like. Other than that it was complete crap.

anyway, Go Jazz, Go! time to cheer for them the make the playoffs. Did anybody see ESPN's new nba draft mock darft 1.0? Espn is complete sh*t, does not know anything, and will probably be wrong on every pick except the 1st pick but I'm just using it as a what if situation. They have Jeremy Lamb at 14 and Austin Rivers at 21. How nice would that be if those guys are available when we are picking if we do get the pick. Especially Austin Rivers, that guy is a killer. but, Kahn will probably draft a center or something else.

Anyone else notice that besides having surgery on his ACL, Ricky also had surgery to repair his LCL

I love this quote by Adelman on Darko..."He hasn't done anything to really give you a lot of faith that he's going to go out and do the job," Adelman said of Milicic. "He's gotten himself out of shape. He hasn't been as driven as you'd like so when a situation like this happens, it's time for someone to have their opportunity and get back in there."

So basically has Kahn done anything right besides getting Rubio over here? Darko fail, Love extension situation, fail, Pek and Love=McHale's guys, Randolph-fail, Barea thus far-fail, Webster-Fail, Drafting 3 point guards in one round-fail, Wes Johnson over Cousins-Huge Fail

Wait, wait, wait. Back up...

Tim Duncan dropped WHAT on Love and Caged Lion???? Doesn't he average somethign like 13 and 8 now? I've watched him at least 5 times this year and he's the most average role playing big ever. Love let him go 03' on him?!? Ahhhh hell. And Beasley's the one you all worry about as a poor defender.

At least Kahn was smart enough to not trade Love over AL (Like me and Roundhouse wanted) and to not trade Pek (at one point his agent said, do something or play him). The Webster move was fine. Lateral. Gomes ain't it and Babbit will be out of the league. --> Not trying to defend Kahn as a GM, just those three things. I don't support his employment in any capacity other than legal extraordinaire.

Cousins would have been bad news bears. Monroe (quasi-sleeper) or Udoh would have been better fits for our team than Cousins, who would have poisoned the well even further than Rambonehead did.

Barea = what do you expect? He dribbles a little too much, but he did that in Dallas too. When he's healthy, he does a few things well (pisses the other team off, scores in bunches, handles the ball without turning it over too much).

But yeah. Other than that you are on the money. FWIW, lots of people wanted Randolph although we were sad to see Brewer go.

Kahn is an average GM with what should have been better than average opportunities. I have no idea how much Glen and the rest of the ownership handcuffs him, but I have a hard time feeling sorry for himself. You need to be able to negotiate within your own organization as well as outside of your organization.

To answer The Daddy, I would say more than half of Duncan's bucket were on The Caged Lion. Man, in that 3rd quarter, Duncan was just unstoppable in the post. He was owning whoever was on him - it was actually somewhat fun to get a glimpse at a throwback Tim Duncan clinic. The guy had 21 & 15 in 24 minutes. Ouch.

On the bright side Tolliver & Ellington played great! Too bad a team doesn't usually win if their 9th & 10th men play great while the top 8 play like garbage.

Without Peck or a guy that can do what Darko is supposed to do our interior defense is as bad as anyone. We looked so small and could not get a rebound and just left paths to the basket wide open last night. It was like a layup line at times.

Barea had the crappiest 18 & 11 game I think I've ever seen. If you didn't know, I am not a fan.

Seriously, Tolliver and Ellington were so locked in. Those guys are true pros. They were legitamately our best 2 players last night I thought.

When is Wes Johnson gonna come out of the closet?

Jeremy Lamb please. That would be an awesome pick for us, especially considering that we don't even have our own lottery pick. I'd take him.
