We need more games. With the news that Kahn didn't trade Webster for Iggy (probably because he likes Webster better), it's time to scorn this man even more and collectively decide on and glorify his worst move. We'll make it a more brief version of the regular season player elim game.
-Each move starts with 4 points, signifying the start of Kahn's 4th year of sucktitude running this team.
-No need for a 6 hour time lapse between votes.
-If I missed any moves, we can add them the first few days
-Logic is in reverse. Give a +1 for the move you think is the worst, and a -1 for the move you think should be eliminated from consideration of worst move. I included his good move(s) for this reason. If a move gets to 0 it is eliminated from consideration. Remember, we are trying to glorify Kahn's sucktitude.
-Please add comments.
-This is not the optimism thread.
-If there are rule recommendations, we can change whatever. I realize roundhouse is the forum gamemaster and I may be stepping on toes.
For the move that is voted winner, I will make a certificate and send it to Kahn at the Wolves office, signifying his worst move.
Here are the moves:
4 Trading Miller/Foye for the 5th pick and picking Ricky Rubio
4 Signing Kurt Rambis to a 4-year contract, and wasting 2011 picks to gather cash to pay his buyout
4 Trading 2 second rounders for Michael Beasley
4 Signing Darko to a 4-year, $20 million contract extension
4 Turning down Webster for Iguodala
4 Drafting Flynn in general, but also over Stephen Curry
4 Drafting Wes Johnson over DeMarcus Cousins
4 Failing to trade the #2 pick in the 2011 draft for a useful player
4 Hiring Rick Adelman
4 Trading Brewer, Koufos, and $11 million in cap room for Anthony Randolph while fascilitating Melo to NY
4 Trading Al Jefferson for cap room and 2 non-lottery 1st round picks
4 Failing to acquire a useful player with his cap room over NINE separate NBA trade/deadline/draft/free-agency "windows of opportunities."
4 Acquiring the nude photos of Glen Taylor he has used as blackmail to keep his job for a future first rounder and cash
4 Turning the 20th pick in the 2010 draft into Lazar Hayward, who was traded to OKC for 2 second round picks that will likely be in the bottom 58.
4 (Fill in the blank)
