Any one of those guys could have helped us and 2nd round picks are super easy to acquire. I would have been happy because at least that gives an indication that they're trying to win. But we didn't, no doubt because Glen Taylor flat out refuses to buy a draft pick.

It's sad and depressing. There were a ton of really good guys available in the second round.

I love how they got the matching offer sheets down from 7 to 3 days. Now I wish they would get this first period of teams being able to talk with free agents down from the first 10 days of July to a week. Seems like it has been long enough already and time to get the signing period started so that all the plans B-Z can start working out too.

Or maybe it would be a good idea to kick off the signing period with some kind of decision show...
