Wolves Record: 19-31 :(
Last Game: 97-93 loss to Jazz

I'm feeling pretty confident for this game. The Wolves will come out re-energized after the all star break and beat the 76ers.

-Flash was closest (off by 6) and gets 2 TPs

-Murphs & CG guessed the Wolves score for 4 TPs each

-Tod Murphy was closest on the All-Star game score (off by 1 point!) and guessed the East score for 6 TPs

-Tod Murphy was closest on Shved's points for 1 TP

-WallyWorld was closest on Rubio's assists for 1 TP

-Murphs guessed Faried for MVP for 4 TPs

-everyone who picked the Jazz to win gets a TP

-everyone who picked Team Chuck gets a TP

Game Challenges

1. Correctly predicting which team wins the game is worth 1 TP.

2. Guess the combined assists by Ricky and Jrue Holiday. 3 TPs for guessing, 1 for closest.

3. Guess which player scores amount of points closest to their jersey number. Players must play at least 12 minutes in the game to be eligible to win. If your player scores within 2 points of their jersey number, you'll get an additional TP.

We could win this. Sixers aren't anything special, plus we'll FINALLY have AK back.

TWolves 102 - Sixers 100

2. 19 assists. 11 for Ricky + 9 for JRue.

3. JRue Holiday
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

That makes me happy, but let's see what they can get. I hope they don't trade a top 10 draft pick for some scrub.

This makes me both happy and sad. Thinking of the guys who may be available, I am hesitant to think this ends well. Need I remind everyone of the Portland/Lillard/G. Wallace incident with Brooklyn. This is what this is most likely to turn into. It's one thing if this could have turned into Rudy Gay, but if it ends up being something like JJ Redick for our top pick unprotected then this is a horrendous development.

Maybe DeRozan? I would be very interested in that but his contract is horrendous. Who else? Just depends on who we are talking about here, mainly.

It just reeks panic to me. There are a lot of very high quality SG prospects in this draft and unless there is a no-brainer move out there (unlikely), for a player who is a notable tier above a JJ Redick-type, then I don't love where this is going. The season is lost as it is; a panic move is a fools errand.

He's the guy I want. He's under contract for the next 4 years unlike Reddick who's a UFA. He's a perfect fit at the 2 guard spot. Good size, can defend, obviously can shoot.

Rubio/Barea
Afflalo/Shved
Kirilenko (Needs to opt in/Re-sign)/Budinger (need to re-sign)
Love/Cunningham/DWill
Pekovic (Need to re-sign/match offer sheet) /Stiemsma/Johnson

That's fine by me going into next year

1. Wolves 94
Sexers 98

2. Jru-Bio = 22 assists

3. Pek = 14 points

* Bonus - Since rumor says that M.J. will return to active duty at age 50, this new and improved "Sir Charles" will do the same with his beloved Sixers...!

well considering you had a 1/6 chance of getting it right (1/5 if you exclude Faried, big men almost never win) and the fact that you got the 3-pt contest and skills challenge wrong, no.

You can have .33 TPs. :silly:

I like DeRozan more than most people, but we are already the worst 3pt shooting team in the league and he would only make that worse. I'd be good with giving up our pick for Afflalo. He'd be a great fit on this team and we'd get him for the prime years of his career. The Magic could probably be convinced to give up Afflalo, because then they'd just re-sign Reddick.

AK already said that he's going to pick up his option for next season.
