Pretty good episode for the most part.

It was so obvious that something bad was going to happen to Hershel as soon as they brought him along to explore the prison when there was no reason to do so. Man I hate when shows contrive stupid scenarios like that.

It's awesome that Carl and Rick are both psychopaths and hate Laurie. I'm loving it. I still want Carl to get eaten though.

Merle was in the previews for next week. Guess he must really be alive.

Cool article here previewing the 3rd season. About a week too late on this one but it is still worth a read and goes over what happened with the creative staff last season if you are interested. Gives good hope for the 3rd season if the first couple episodes didn't already.

But anyways, tonight's episode was pretty lame. Andrea is stupid i hope she dies and they are giving michonne the t-dogg treatment. The part where they kill all the nat'l guard dudes was especially ridiculous.

YES! Finally! Thank goodness Lori is gone. FINALLY. She was the worst.

Looks like they picked up a new Token Black Guy though, and he seems pretty legit. Not sure yet about the greaser white dude.
