The Celtics were clicking, then it just disappeared as the Celtics lost it temporarily.
Rondo - If this guy can dedicate himself this summer he can be a very good PG in this league. He has all the tools to do everything Tony Parker can do, except he's got gigantic hands

He played the PG position great, but still has a liability at times on offense.
Rip/Ray - It is official. The Daddy HATES Rip similar to the level of any Spurs player not named Barry or Finley. He is such a fyckin lame. We have all been poked in the eye countless times playing basketball. To fall to the floor and have tears in your eyes is pathetic. What does it have to do with your legs pyssy man? I'm so glad Ray was bustin him and Stuckey last night. Stuckey by the way is my new favorite rookie behind Brewer. He is a beast.
KG/Sheed - Before I go into my KGLoveFest, you are right KG4LVP, that was a stupid pass made by a man who didn't decide to take over at that point. However, before and after that point, KG played like the superstar he needed to be. Whoever watched can correct me if I'm wrong, but that meltdown in the fourth was 90% attributed to the backcourt dribbling like idiots. They couldn't get the ball into the post or do anything but turn it over and jack up stupid shots. KG is a big man, he needs the ball fed to him unlike Pierce, Kobe, Bron, Manu, etc.
Sheed can plain ol' shoot the ball. Like KG, he refuses to be almost 7 feet. Let's be real, KG can't body him up in the post. He should be taking no less than 5 more shots a game, all in the deep post.
Michael Wilborn - COMPLETE IDIOT. He believes Pierce can't score as much because he's so busy with his defensive assignment of Prince. So why did Ray blow up with his defensive assignment of Rip? Pierce is playing GREAT perimeter defense, making Prince a simple role player, but that argument sucks. Doesn't even make sense. How is KG scoring 30 points? What an idiot.
Lastly, does anyone else disagree about the Posey for Perk sub at the end? I feel like with Prince on KG, they could actually fed him the ball during that last 4 minutes. Posey didn't help with the ball handling, and Perk can rebound so I suppose the switch was for defense on Prince. Don't agree. KG on Prince is not as bad as Prince on KG.
YES Daddy, Yes. I love your Celtics posts. What the H is wrong with everyone else on this forum? How can they not be rooting hard for the Celtics right now? It seems to me that everyone who has been a Wolves fan for more than a couple years would be completely thrilled to see KG in this spot right now, wtf people... I digress.
Anyway, I agree about RIP. He plays defense with his hands, and he's constantly (as in, as much as anyone in the entire leauge) pushing off of his defender and manhandling them away from the ball when he's on offense. That's all fine & dandy if you play that way, but don't go and cry if you get poked in the eye then. Be able to take what you dish out.
Stuckey is going to be a STUD.
Pierce's defense has been great. I like how he is able to blend in. If other guys are feelin it, he lets them do their thing. If the team is struggling and needs some points or agression or a burst, he does his thing. I think he's really good at picking his spots and not pushing it when he shouldn't.
Wallace has played SO soft this series. If Stuckey was really trying to miss that FT with 8 seconds left, Flip should've been chewing Rasheed's a$$ after that play, as he made NO effort to get in any sort of rebounding position.
Good point about the Perkins/Posey switch at the end. I agree whole-heartedly, ESPECIALLY considering how much of a beast Perkins was last night. Don't sit the man then! Don't adjust to Detroit's substiutions, make them adjust. Take advantage of your end of the bargain with the mismatch.
