At this point, I've got really no interest in the Wolves. The Celtics, Blazers, Jazz, Hawks, and some others are much more interesting to a coach like myself. So...

WOW Rondo. Even when KG and Ray, the reasons for my newfound, bandwagon Celtic Pride, ride off in the sunset, Rondo will keep me rooting for this team. I just love how he plays. He does plenty of dumb stuff and isn't a very good shooter, but those triple double numbers are just STUPID good.
Who else just lets out a grin from ear to ear when KG throws it back for one of these statistically monstrous games? In 31 minutes? Man I miss those days. My favorite part is 4 blocks...I wish we had a big man who could defend the paint and the wing...Then again they wish they had....nevermind they just won a ring. Anyway, as a KG fan it’s a bit disheartening to watch KG now because I can clearly see that while he’s still elite, the crazy athleticism, energy, and springs no longer define him as “Da Kid.” It’s clear when he plays Amare, Dwight, Al, J. Smith, and some others. He has to use his smarts no instead of just outplaying those guys. It’s like in the late 90’s and early 2000’s when KG and Duncan came in and started to outplay Malone, Barkley, C Webb, and Hakeem. I hope I never see the day when KG can’t compete at the level he’s at. I’m thankful he only has to play 30 minutes a game, coasting through 10 of those and playing an intense 20. Could he still do it for 40? Maybe, but hopefully this strategy allows him to do it in 2-3 years.
