Yeah, that's definitely him. He's huge, so there's no need for a photoshop job.

It probably happens to most NBA guys who stop playing and working out. You gotta figure they pound food like it's nobody's business because of how many calories they burn. Just look at how Gomes throws down! Then when they stop playing, they probably don't cut back enough, combine that with the slower metabolism everybody gets as they age and you're bound to get fat.
