A Nuggets source said the Nuggets are looking for big man to fill up their front line. Several bigs including Cole Aldrich, Ed Davis, Ekpe Udoh, Patrick Patterson, Daniel Orton and Hassan Whiteside could be there at 10. Stupidity.

I was saying it'd be foolish of Denver to trade Lawson because he is good and a perfect rock solid backup to have on a playoff team with a somewhat older PG.

You never know how a rookie is going to be in the NBA, and Lawson already has played a year in the NBA in Denver's system. Lawson is superb, and perfect for their team.

They want a big man because their front line is neither good or deep enough to compete with teams in the WC. I agree with the other guys, this would be dumb on Denver's part. Chauncey isn't going to last forever and Lawson is a really good fit there. Why mess up a good thing.
