I have seen him take over games with his offensive rebounding at times but that was back before he fell in love with the 3 pointer. Hey I like double double players almost as much as i like Double D's.

 :woohoo:
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

Murphy was only fun to watch in 1 sense: He doesn't look like he should be good at all. Even while you are watching him you are saying, "Man he is such a goon...why don't they get someone athletic on the court." Meanwhile the game is over and he ends up with 16 pts. and 12 boards. It's inexplicable.

We'll miss his rebounding, because we suck at rebounding (that's why we should of drafted DeJuan Blair over Dizzy-T if we were so set on getting a PF in last years draft).

His defense was turds.

Hibbert played better when he wasn't on the floor.

Unfortunately he was our only big contract guy who had much trade value beyond cap space next year. I don't see many people wanting the walking injury Mike Dunleavy or TJ Ford.

You guys just need a legit young PF and then you'll have a great core.

Please tell us on a scale of 1 to 100 how glad you are that Bird didn't trade your #10 pick for Jonny Flynn; and instead got Collison in this trade.

8 (potentially 10 if he really plays well here). I'm not down on Flynn, but we only ended up trading the Matador instead of the #10 pick.

Really? I'd be counting my lucky stars if I were you. Not only is Collison way better than Flynn at everything, Flynn is also hurt and who knows how many months he'll be out.

Basically, you could have Paul George + Collison + Posey or just have Flynn.

I'd take the trade you guys made 100 times out of 100.

Yeah sorry I did it out of 10. We'll say 86 right now.

In reality we weren't going to get anything better at PG through trades or FA next year and hopefully he clicks really well with the other young guys and they want to stay.

I would love for the Pacers to become a poor man's OKC Thunder team with a bunch of young guys that like playing together and should be good for awhile (and won't beat feet when their contracts are up).

Gotcha, that makes more sense. And yeah, he was definitely the best PG you guys could have probably gotten (all things considered.) I think he should be good with Granger. You guys will be more fun to watch this year, that's for sure.
