What a difference a week makes... Dallas is now only two games ahead of the Nuggets and Houston's win streak seems to be long enough to give them a bit of a cushon.

Yeah... I was waaaay wrong saying that Houston would have \"no chance\" after YAO went down.

I watched some of the Rockets game last night. McGrady was playing like he was at his peak. The speed, length and shooting ability of McGrady make him unguardable when he is on and right now he is way too ON for the Rockets to be the odd team out without something bad happening.

That would be HILARIOUS if Phoenix or Dallas didn't make the playoffs... bwahahahaha

I would rather see the Suns miss the playoffs...I mean how many great teams can Nash be on without winning it all...He is over hyped in my opinion...

Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

I mean how many excuses are they going to write for the Suns??? Here is the latest article:

sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3280666

Here is a quote from this article:

\"Time is a-ticking, but we're basically in a bit of a training camp during the season right now,\" Raja Bell said after the team practiced on Thursday. \"We've taken away a major part of what we did and added a piece that could be even a bigger part of what we do, and that's going to take some time.\"

Some one should ring Raja's bell...this is not the time for training camp...

I love Steve Nash... and Phoenix falling like this is really disappointing. They (were) by far the best team to watch in the NBA.

Also, my pick to not make it is Golden State. I think they're good, but the media overhypes them a bit due to last year's upset.

Wow... Golden State missed that playoffs. That's too bad, as I really enjoy watching their frenetic up and down style and pace. Plus, I like a lot of the players on their team.

They set the new all-time record for most wins in a season while still missing the playoffs. The old record was 45 wins. They currently have 48 wins and one game to play.

Sucks for them that two teams with sub .500 records are in the playoffs. Ha.

Sorry to correct you, or maybe Yahoo is wrong, but says here(bottom of article) that the warriors can tie the 71-72 Suns for the best record without making the playoffs if they win their next game.

Hey, no worries. I don't mind being corrected when I'm wrong. However, I've heard a ton of times (while watching games on tv) over the past few days that 45 wins was the old record. Also, I did a quick google search and found this:

I'm not sure what's up with that article you linked to? Anyone else know for sure?
