Just like the Twins...getting rid of Hunter and Santana in the same year is absurd and than expecting us to come to the dome cheering our beloved Twins Territory team...It is funny how absurd the announcers can be too as many comparrisons of the first game to Rickey Henderson to Carlos Gomez...STOP WITH THE MADNESS...or Slowey to Radke...or Mauer as the second coming...
I don't know what you're talking about with the Vikes when you say they \"make all the wrong moves\" In recent years they've had a lot of success in the draft as well as generally make smart free agency moves.
Since when are we we not going to re-sign AP? I wasn't aware of the fact that there are small market teams in the NFL, seeing as how every team has exactly the same amount of money to spend.
If you're going to talk markets, talk about the Twins. You couldn't actually believe that they would re-sign Santana and Hunter did you? That's the way it works in baseball, the Twins just don't have the revenue stream of the Yankee, Mets, and RedSoxes of the world. Do you know more about Carlos Gomez and Slowey than Blyleven and Bremer? I doubt it. Let them compare, who cares.
If any of the Minnesota teams deserves some blame, it's the Twolves. They are incapable of making the right move, and in almost 20 years of this franchise, have one and only one proud moment: drafting KG. Besides that, it makes it really hard to be a Twolves fan when they have no idea who to draft, no idea how to run a team, and generally just no idea.
