Seriously this has been the highlight of my week so far. When I saw the news I instantly went to ESPN.com to the comments section of the story for some free entertainment. Tons of suicidal Pack fans and everyone saying FAVRE TO THE VIKINGS. Classic. Also there was over 700 comments in less than 10 minutes. Good stuff. Also Chris Carter on NFL Live is hilarious and going batshit about Favre to the Vikes.

P.S. On stories like this, if I'm online I routinely go to ESPN.com to the comments to see what's going on and get some chuckles. And I've never seen the comments section move even remotely close to as fast as it is now. Wisconsin is going to fall into anarchy and split faway from the United States completely I think.

Wow that was priceless. Pretty much Packers fans about to jump off the ledge while Vikings and Bears fans make funny,mean comments egging them on. Also fans of Lions, Bucs, Panthers, Ravens, 49ers, and others wanting Favre. I am so sick of Brett Favre but this is just great.

If he's asking to be released, it means he wants to put on the Purple. I think Green Bay would be ammenable to trading him outside the division. The fact that he's asking for a release means he wants to go somewhere they don't want him to and I'm guessing it's not Chicago or Detroit.
