I went to the Patriots game today because my best friend is a Jets fan with season tickets.

Holy crap! Randy Moss has got to be the most impressive athlete I have ever seen play live! I've seen KG, I've seen Jordan (ok, he was on the Wizards, but still) I've seen about a hundred baseball games... I've never seen anyone dominate so effortlessly as Moss did. He was so freaking fast, could jump so stinking high. There was absolutely nothing the defense could do to stop him. He was just heads and shoulders better than anyone else out there. He'd grab balls that nobody else was able to get. He'd just leap up and snatch it out of the air! I was stunned. And he's probably past his prime!

Probably the only more dominating performance I've ever seen was Cassell dropping 40 on Denver in Game 1 of the 2004 playoffs. But Randy is the best athlete.

Ahhhh sigh. Yes... you are so very correct. It was a joy to watch Moss play for seven glorious years. Well... enjoy him.

First Ortiz, then KG, and now Moss to Boston. Who's next, Johan? Eats. :(
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

I would love to see Moss do good for New England's sake. However, he had a great game to start his stint with the Raiders also. He is a great athlete that has always let his me-first attitude get in the way. We'll see though, New England is a different atmosphere altogether.

I stand by what I said a few months ago... Moss is going to be a model citizen and absolutely tear it up in New England this year. I'm glad, but a little jealous too. Oh well... at least we got AP.

I'm pretty sure that Randy will stay in line. He's going to get his touches and they're going to win games. What does he have to complain about? He doesn't strike me as a psycho like T.O. That guy would complain about anything just to get attention.

He'll be good. Moss knows this is his best shot at a ring, why would he want to screw that up? And why wouldn't Brady want to throw to him?!?!? He's an AMAZING ath-a-lete as he showed on Sunday. If the Colts weren't so impressive in their dismantling of the Saints I'd say give the trophy to NE right now. It's gonna be a good year!!

Not to take anything away from Moss, but he got his touches here also and he still pouted. Why do you think that the Moss factor was created? I think he is awesome if he will just play the game. Hopefully, he does exactly that with this great opportunity at his fingertips.

I don't think that Moss is nearly the malcontent that some in the media make it out to be. He is simply a guy who tells it like it is and doesn't care to be politically correct and may be a little odd. That's all. What has he ever done that has really been so bad? nothing.

That was awesome reading your account of watching Moss live, DeRok. He is sooo fun to have on your team, and is truly a one of a kind talent. I was really excited to see how much he tore it up yesterday.

I consider it bad when you only play to your skill level when you want to. That is all that I had a problem with when he was here. If you get paid to play every night, shouldn't you play. If Garnett would have only given us 20 and 10 every other night because he didn't feel like playing those nights, would that have been acceptable? I like Moss, I just know from what I seen when he was here that he needed to grow up a little. Hopefully, he has done that now, but I think that he will show his true colors again at some point this season.

I think that quote was soooo badly overblown and exaggerated, imo. It was obvious the effort that he did put forth in his seasons here. All players \"take off plays\" during the course of an NFL game, it's just that Moss was truthful and mentioned it when he shouldn't have.

I'd take Moss on my team any day of the week.

I'm honestly not sure which quote your talking about. I am going off of what I had seen from him as far as production goes. We will just have have to see where he ends up in the Patriot system.

The Daddy has been stuck out here in Hartford, CT for work for sometime now, so I watched Moss tear it up. He will stay in line because he knows they are going for the gold...Who will stop Moss? Nobody. give him the ball, toss it in the air and clear out. He's never been as bad as folks make him out to be. He's a little immature, like most. He's never taken to physically beating his teammates up like KG, he's not a knob like TO, he doesn't engage in illegal activities and get caught, so leave him be and enjoy the 200+ yard games to come.

I agree... Moss is going to prosper in New England and is going to own the league this year. Should be exciting to watch!

Next sunday night, Pats vs Chargers!
