The Pats certainly aren't invincible. I definitely respect the Jaguars and Colts. They're the two teams that concern me the most, and with the way things are seeded, they're likely the two teams we'd have to face to make it to the Super Bowl. (Aren't 1 seeds supposed to have an advantage?) But to be the best, you gotta beat the best, so I'm up for it. If we do go 19-0 we'll have likely beaten the Colts twice, San Diego, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Dallas, New York, Cleveland, and probably either Dallas again or Green Bay. That's 9 of the 19 games against teams that should finish with 10 wins or more. Insane!
I'll tell you what does put some fear in me - the refs if it's Brett Favre vs. the \"Evil\" Patriots. Can you imagine!
Completely agree. Can you imagine how they would bill that one??? It would be horrible. The nice, good, happy, best QB ever, comeback story of the year Brett Favre against the evil Pats. God, we'd have to listen to that angle for a solid week before the Superbowl. That would drive me nuts. I definitely think the Packers would get all the calls in that matchup.
