New Comments!!!!
After months of planning, the new commenting system for the Bloguin Network is finally here! TWolves Blog was the flagship site for the network, so it's only fitting that it be the first site to feature this momentous upgrade to the network. Please play around with the comment system and let us know what you think! This is not the final version of the system, which will integrate seamlessly with your Bloguin Network ID, but it's pretty darn close!
Seriously, you have no idea how much has gone into these network upgrades the past couple of months. This comments system is the icing on the cake. I have a bigger smile on my face right now than Wes Johnson's high school year book photo! Enjoy!
Oh, and just wait until the entire forums for TWolves Blog are run on this system.... It's coming....

I'm going to find out full details from the Livefyre people soon. But basically, we could set up this beta for anyone that wanted it. I don't have a good idea on the date for the "official" launch.
@Lives Not entirely sure, you'd have to ask Derek. This is still the Beta, but I don't think it will take too terribly long to finish up. And yeah, the final product will have all those cool options.

Flickr, Twitpic, tinypic, and imgur are the supported images, meaning you just copy and paste the URL into the comment box and the image shows up as a thumbnail.
For vids, YouTube and Vimeo work. Just paste the URL, and it works.
@CollegeWolf When do you think we might get the system, a month or so from now? Will we be able to post youtube and pics in the comments?

@wezen_ball @CollegeWolf I see it now. I think I didn't get it before because the comment was on my screen at the instant it was inserted.
The UI around new comments and how they get marked and unmarked based on being on the screen is really an impressive and unique feature. Impressive. Very Impressive.
@Pants80 @CollegeWolf The comment gets inserted. There's also a green box on the screen saying "1 new comment" or "2 new comments". It looks like the green box shows up at the top of the screen if the comment is above you and at the bottom if it's below you... so maybe if it's right in front of you, there's no green box?

(Also, it appears that if you cancel out of the login screen after hitting "Post Comment", you're no longer able to post a comment without refreshing. It may be possible that I wasn't patient enough to wait for the option to post came back...)
